Returns and Replacements
- We generally do not offer refunds on our products once an order has been placed and delivered.
- However, if you receive a calendar or other product that is torn, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement.
- To be eligible for a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos as proof of the issue.
- Once your issue is verified, we will arrange to replace the product within 6 to 7 working days.
- We do not process returns or replacements for reasons other than the above (i.e., change of mind, incorrect order by customer, etc.).
